Our pork belly been braised overnight then the sauce been reduced until yummy delicious glossy. Asian classical comfort food at it best. For the egg, we don't boil our egg until its too overdone and rubbery like normal recipe. We use our own spice mix (Sichuan pepper, cinnamon, star anise...) to brew our tea then infuse our egg for 48 hours. Need us to go on? You'll be the judge when you try the dish. Have a nice meal.
